How To Break Bad Habits:

Say I want to stop taking Domino's,

1. Make it invisible: Stop buying it, make sure it's not within your reach or sight.

2. Make it unattractive: Connect it with an unfavorable vision of yourself in the future.

3. Make it difficult: having to go and get Domino's when you don't have it readily available for you.

4. Reframe the activity so it has negative connotations.

Ultimately, clear says, we want to:

~Increase the number of steps between us and a bad habit

~decrease the number of steps between us and a good habit.

What stood out for me is "habits are learnable, good habits are hard to form but easy to live with while bad habits does the opposite"
