Notes On Friendship.
Sometimes, your friends are the miracle.
One thing I'll always thank God for is friendship. Having the right people in your life at the right time, even if it's for a season is a gift I'll forever be grateful for. It's simply beautiful. A gift!
When I think of friendship, I think of the people that are constantly in my life, loving and caring for me. I think of the people that has filled my life with hues and has impacted me in diverse ways — outstandingly beautiful ways.
These people are not even related to you, but they come into your life with so much colors and your life, because of them instantly becomes brighter, and cheerier.
They are there to laugh and cry with you. They share in your little joys. They hold your hand even when it's sweaty and shaky. They cover for you, joke with you, do fun things with you. They indulge all your little brags and they laugh at the inconsistency of your pitch even when you're convinced that you're beautiful singer.
They are the closest place to home, they make you feel warm, fuzzy, seen and loved. Because of their presence in your life, you've experienced the genuinty of love, with all kindness and consideration.
And when the going gets tough, when you get tired and you just want to give up, they don't allow you. They remind you of the person you are and of your dreams because they know. They help you to see the light you don't see in yourself, or you simply choose to not see.
They're always the first to send the congratulatory messages, even when the only new thing in your life is a book. They are happy for you.
They are there to prep you for your first date, also there to comfort you when you get your heart broken, fitting into the all the roles per time. The magic called friends. They are the lovers you don't very much acknowledge but they love you still. Evidently.
They relate to you at every point, showing support, doing the most and giving all the encouragement.
At every milestone, they're with you to celebrate and drink champagne.
In this life, you've decided, they will remain your priciest possession.
Friends, the people you dream with. They encourage you to dream big as they. "the world is not ready for the greatness in these people".
They also have the most beautiful hearts, they are attentive, so much that, even when you give the pretend smile, they know, but they don't question you, they just pull you close and hug you.
You meet these people in school, church, market, community and a lot of random places and they are in your life forever, even when they are not.
They remain in the songs you listen, the books you read, your fashion style, in your journal, on your gallery, the movies you watch, their mantra.
Somehow their choices and lifestyle has influenced yours and that doesn't change because you've stopped talking.
And you know you can be vulnerable with them, you know they will listen to you and even more, you know they will pray for you and if you want, with you.
They relate to you at every point of your life, and you simply help each other navigate the journey; with good advices, recommendations, exchanging reviews on the pastor's sermon, sharing those high value books with each other. Because you're there together, doing life together, growing together. Reaching for the stars together.
To friends like this,I hope I do enough to make you feel this way. I'm grateful for your presence in my life.

I’m constantly surprised by the things I learn from you, the things you help me experience, the things you help me achieve and mostly for my growth at a personal level.
I don't think you will ever fully understand how you've touched my life and made me who I am today. As I think of our friendships and relationships, I begin to see that mere words can't describe what you all mean to me.
Thank you so much.
Love,
